Brief

Home Depot is a company that focuses on the sale of building materials and home improvement products. They sell decor, appliances, lawn and garden products, and tools. They also offer installation services, and tool and equipment rental. Home Depot has an online store and 2,300 stores in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. PROJECT GOALS

The goal of the research was to identify gaps in usability to provide Home Depot customers with a simpler and more helpful shopping experience.

Improvements to the Home Depot website would be achieved through competitive analysis to assess what competitors are doing right, best practices from Baymard and Nielsen Norman, and user feedback.
